Dance

This year is the first time that as a phisical fitness I have dance, and I have to admit I'm pretty satisfited of the goals I have reached. During this year I have gained a lot of confidence during lessons and during shows, I have also learned a lot of new steps and jumps, and I have also learned more about how to control and listen to my body.

During this year I also took part to the Omat Polut project,  a project organized by the dance school every year, where the students can built their own coreography and then perform it in a show during the spring.
